We sell our homes to individuals and families who qualify based on three key criteria: Need for Housing, Ability to Pay, and Willingness to Partner. To help ensure homeownership remains affordable, monthly housing payments are structured based on household income, with the goal of keeping housing costs at 30% or less of the household’s income.
